Shipping & Delivery
1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is on us! We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on every single order across the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees—just premium gear delivered to your door.
2. Where do you ship from and how long is the wait?
All orders are dispatched directly from our domestic US warehouses.
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: Typically 3-7 business days via reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Oversized Gear: For heavy items (such as roof-top tents or flatbed systems), please allow 7-10 business days for specialized freight delivery.
3. Can I track my adventure?
Absolutely. Once your gear leaves our warehouse, we’ll shoot you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Payment & Security
1. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-ticket builds, we also offer flexible financing through Shop Pay to help you get on the trail sooner.
2. Is my data secure?
Your security is our priority. Our checkout process uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure your personal and payment information remains 100% private and protected.
Order & Returns
1. Can I modify or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your gear out the door! If you need to make a change, please contact us within 2-4 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be modified.
2. What is your "30-Day Trail Test" return policy?
We want you to be 100% confident in your setup. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.
- For non-warranty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. What if my gear arrives damaged?
Off-roading is tough, but your shipping shouldn't be. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at support@pathfinderer.com within 48 hours. We’ll make it right immediately with a replacement or a full refund.

1. Do Pathfinderer products come with a warranty?
We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Pathfinderer products are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering any manufacturing defects. We build our gear to survive the elements, and we’re here to ensure it performs as promised.
2. Do you provide installation help?
We aren't just a shop; we’re builders. Most of our professional kits include digital manuals and video tutorials to guide you through the install. If you’re stuck in the garage, just reach out—our technical team speaks your language.
