Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses; please use a physical street address. For delivery outside the U.S., contact us before ordering at support@pathfinderer.com.
Processing time
All orders ship from U.S. stock within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons or remote locations.
Lithium batteries
Our LiFePO₄ batteries and the PPS-1500 power station are UN38.3 transport-tested and regulated as Class 9 dangerous goods, so they ship by ground only. Expedited air shipping is not available for these items.
Lost or damaged packages
Please inspect your order on delivery. If it arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days at support@pathfinderer.com with photos so we can arrange a replacement or a claim with the carrier.
Warranty
LiFePO₄ batteries carry a 6-year warranty and the PPS-1500 a 5-year warranty, both from the delivery date. See Warranty Information. Returns: see our Refund Policy.
