1. 30-Day Risk-Free Return Satisfaction Guarantee
At Pathfinder, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your ultimate overland setup. If our equipment does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to initiate a return for a refund within 30 days from the confirmed date of delivery.
2. Strict Return Eligibility & Product Conditions
To qualify for a refund, all returned gear must comply with the following rigorous automotive industry standards:

Brand-New, Uninstalled Condition: Items must be completely unused, never bolted, wired, or mounted to a vehicle, and entirely free of scratches, grease, or cosmetic wear.

Original Packaging & Hardware: Gear must be returned in its original factory packaging (including original heavy-duty boxes, protective foam, pallets, or structural crates). All original mounting brackets,五金 components, wiring harnesses, keys, and installation manuals must be included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid original invoice or order number directly from Pathfinder is strictly required for all return processing.
Items returned with missing components, signs of vehicle installation, trail usage, or severely damaged non-factory packaging will be rejected and sent back to the customer at their own expense.
3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
Responsibility for return logistics costs depends strictly on the nature of the return request:

Buyer’s Remorse or Change of Mind: If you are returning gear due to a change of mind, incorrect vehicle compatibility selection, or spacing preference, the customer is solely responsible for organizing and paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend utilizing a carrier that provides tracking and shipping insurance, as Pathfinder is not liable for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.

Oversized LTL Freight Return Advisory: For heavy-duty oversized cargo (including but not limited to Flatbed Systems, Cabinet Systems, Camper Boxes, and Roof-Top Tents), return truck freight rates in North America are exceptionally high. Customers must cover these LTL freight shipping costs for non-warranty returns.

Restocking Fee: To cover specialized safety inspection, product testing, and meticulous pallet repacking protocols, all approved non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, which will be deducted directly from your final refund total.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If we made an error in fulfillment, or if your product arrives with a documented manufacturing defect:

Pathfinder will issue a pre-paid return shipping label or coordinate an LTL freight truck pickup completely at our expense.

You must report the defect or fulfillment error to Pathfinder Customer Support with explicit photographic or video evidence within 48 hours of delivery (for freight damage) or 7 days of delivery (for component defects).
5. Inspection, Processing, and Refund Timelines

Warehouse Inspection: Once your return physically arrives at our domestic U.S. fulfillment center, please allow 5–7 business days for our technical team to unbox, inspect, and certify that the gear meets our return criteria.

Refund Issuance: Upon inspection approval, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Bank Processing Delays: Please note that financial institutions and credit card companies typically require an additional 3–5 business days to officially post the credit adjustment to your statement account.

Non-Refundable Costs: Any original premium shipping fees, specialized liftgate delivery service charges, or hazardous material handling fees paid at the time of checkout are completely non-refundable.
